Payment Policy for SVSS Hostels and Allied Services

1. Accommodation Charges:
– Students availing hostel accommodation will be charged a monthly fee of 3000 INR based on the room type (single, double, triple occupancy).
– Payment is due at the beginning of each month and should be made through the designated payment portal or at the hostel office.

2. Food Services:
– Meal plans are available for students opting for food services provided by SVSS Hostels at a monthly charge of 3000 INR.
– The charges for meal plans will be communicated at the time of registration and are payable monthly in advance.

3. Transport Facility:
– Students requiring transport services will be charged a semester-wise fee of 15000 INR.Payment for transport services should be made at the start of each semester.

4. Payment Methods:
– Payments can be made through online bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at the designated payment counters.
– All payments must be accompanied by the student’s name, ID number, and purpose of payment for proper crediting.

5. Late Payment Policy:
– A late fee will be applicable for payments made after the due date.
– Students are encouraged to adhere to the payment schedule to avoid late fees and service interruptions.

6. Refund Policy:
– Refunds for accommodation, food, or transport services will be processed within 30 working days according to the SVSS Hostels and Allied Services refund policy, which can be obtained from the hostel office.

7. Discontinuation of Services:
– Students who wish to discontinue any service (accommodation, food, transport) must inform the hostel administration in writing at least one month in advance.

8. Terms and Conditions:
– By availing of SVSS Hostels and Allied Services, students agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the hostel handbook or service agreement provided at the time of registration.
