Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification for admission to Diploma in Pharmacy- A pass in 10+2 examination (science academic stream) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics.
or
Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India is equivalent to the above examination.

Admission Process

Step 1: – Online registration of application and uploading of required documents by the Candidate for admission on DTE’s website by selecting the appropriate mode of scrutiny of Application form.

Step 2: – Display of the provisional merit list for Maharashtra State/All India/J & K and Ladakh Migrant candidates on the DTE’s website.

Step 3: – Display the final merit lists of Maharashtra State/All India/ J& K and Ladakh Migrant candidates on the DTE’s website.

Step 4: – Display of Provisional Category wise seats (Seat Matrix) for CAP Round I on DTE’s website

Step 5: – Online Submission and Confirmation of Option Form of CAP Round-I through candidate’s login by the candidate.

Step 6: – Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round-I

Step 7: – Accepting the offered seat by the Candidate through his/her log in as per allotment of CAP Round I.
a) The candidate shall self-verify the seat allotment made to him/her in the CAP Round I by accepting the declaration through his login and certifying that his/her claims related to Qualifying Marks, category, gender, reservation, specific reservation, etc. made by Candidate in the application form are correct and the relevant documents uploaded to substantiate his/her claims are authentic and correct.
b) If the candidate found that the claim made by him is not correct and he/she wants to correct the error, (errors as per the clause (e) of sub-rule(4) of rule 9 given in the information brochure) the candidate shall report the grievance through his Login either by e-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny Mode.
c) Candidates who have been allotted the seat as per their first preference inRound I (auto-freezed), shall pay the seat acceptance fee through online mode. Such candidates shall not be eligible for participation in subsequent Rounds.
d) Candidates who have been allotted other than first preference and self-froze their allotment in Round I through their login must accept the seat and shall pay the seat acceptance fee through online mode. Such candidates shall not be eligible for participation in subsequent Rounds. [Candidate must exercise this option carefully.]
e) Candidates who have been allotted other than first preference and want betterment in the subsequent round must claim the allotted seat in Round I by accepting that seat for “Not Frozen” (Betterment) and shall pay the seat acceptance fee through online mode.

Step 8: – Reporting to the Allotted Institute and Confirmation of Admission by submitting required documents and payment of fee after CAP Round I.
Note:
(a) Candidates who have accepted the seat as per 4(c), 4(d) above must report to the allotted Institute for confirmation of admission.
(b) The Institute shall verify the required documents and upload the admission of the candidates in the online system through Institute Login immediately and shall issue a system-generated receipt of confirmation of admission & fee paid receipt to the candidate. If it is found that the seat allotted to the candidate is on the false claims made in the application by the candidate, then the institute shall not admit such candidate and such candidate shall raise the grievance either by e-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny Mode.

Step 9: – Display of Provisional Vacant Seats for CAP Round-II

Step 10: – Online Submission & Confirmation of Option Form of CAP Round- II through candidate’s Login by the Candidate.

Step 11: – Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round-II

Step 12: – Accepting the offered seat by the Candidate through his/her log in as per allotment of CAP Round II.
Note: All the eligible candidates who participated in Round II and were allotted the seat shall self-verify the seat allotment as per 4(a) above. The candidates who have been allotted the seat first time in Round II shall pay the seat acceptance fee through online mode.

Step 13: – Reporting to the Allotted Institute and Confirmation of Admission by submitting required documents and payment of fee after CAP Round II.
Note: Participating Candidates to whom the first time allotment is made or get betterment in an allotment or No betterment/earlier seat retained in round II shall be final. Such Candidates must report to the allotted Institute for confirmation of admission.

Important Note:-
1. All types of candidates whose names are appeared in the final merit list shall be considered for admission through CAP.
2. The candidates aspiring for admission for Institutional Quota, seats remaining vacant after CAP, it is mandatory to get registered, documents verified, and confirmation of application either by E-Scrutiny Mode or physical Scrutiny Mode. Such candidates must apply separately to Institutes for admissions. The merit of such candidates shall be prepared by the respective Institute at the institute level.

Rules for Admission

1) The Candidate shall report personally to the admission center on the date and time. indicated by the institute along with all original documents & fees.
2) The candidate shall be required to pay the complete fees immediately at the time of admission. If a candidate fails to pay the requisite fees. The offer of admission made to him or her shall be cancelled & it will be offered to the immediate next eligible candidate on merit
3) If any candidate fails to report in person at the date & time prescribed for him or her, then a seat will be offered to the next eligible candidate.
4) If a candidate is unable to produce the original certificate at the time of his or her admission, then the candidate will have to submit the required original certificate to the institute within 4 working days after the date of payment of fees.
5) The candidate should have to pay the tuition fees and development fees as fixed by Shikshan Shulk Samiti, Mumbai.
6) The candidate should take admitted by paying the necessary tuition & other fees and should submit an original certificate. In case a candidate fails to submit any of the original documents within the allowed time the admissions shall be treated as canceled and refund of fees shall not be applicable to such candidate.
7) The admitted candidate may cancel his or her admission by applying in the prescribed format within the stipulated time & may request for refund of fees.
8) The students while studying in this institute, if found involved in anti-national activities contrary to the provisions of acts & Laws enforced by the government or in any activity contrary to rules of discipline, will be liable to be expelled from the college without any notice by the principal of the institute.
9) Ragging is strictly prohibited on or outside the premises of the institute or on the Hostel campus.

Instructions

1. Form Should be filled by the candidate itself in his/her own handwriting.
2. Attested true copies of Leaving Certificate. Mark Sheet. Caste Certificate. NonCreamy Layer Certificate, Gap Certificate, Adhar Card should be attached with admission from.
3. For VJ, DT, NT-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, OBC, and SBC, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate is Compulsory. If a candidate fails to submit a non-creamy layer certificate at the time of admission, he will be considered an open category.
4. Certificate of validity proposal will be processed in 1st year.
5. Original documents should be produced at the time of admission.
6. Admission will be purely on ‘Merits Basis as per ‘Rules’ of Directorate of Tech. Education, M.S. Mumbai -400001
7. Admission Programme will be displayed on the notice board of the institute.
8. Admission will be confirmed only after full payment of fees and after getting eligibility from DTE Aurangabad.
9. Students will have to pay an additional fee (if any) as declared by Shikshan Shulk Samiti, Mumbai as and when permitted
10. No outstation cheques will be accepted.
11. If admission is canceled within the cut-off date, then fees will be refunded as per norms mentioned in the prospectus After the cut-off date, in any case, the fee will not refund back
12. Certificate of validity proposals from students should reach soon after the confirmation of admission in 1st year. Counseling for proposals is available in the student section of the college office.

Undertaking

A) I have read all the rules of Admission and after understanding these rules
thoroughly, I have filled in the application form.
B) The information given by me in my application is true to the best of my
knowledge and belief. I understand that if any of the statements made by me in the application form or any information supplied by me in connection with my admission is later at any time, found to be false or incorrect, my admission will be canceled, fees forfeited, and I may be expelled from the college by the principal.
C) I have not been debarred from appearing at any examination held by any
government constituted or statutory examination in India.
D) I fully understand that the offer of a course will have made me depend on my inter-seat merit and availability of a seat at the time of scrutiny of my application. When I will report to the admission authority according to the schedule of admission.
E) I understand that my document after the last date of submission will be
entertained for the purpose of claims of concession. I am also aware that it is entirely my responsibility to see the notices on the notice boards of the concerned Admission Center. I am fully aware that the competent authority or its representative will not make any correspondence with me regarding admission. I am also aware that it is entirely my responsibility to see the notices on the notice boards of the concerned admission center
F) I am aware that any rule imposed by the examination authority (MSBTE) imposing me such as limits on the number of attempts permissible to pass any examination shall be binding on me.
G) I hereby agree to conform to any rules, acts, and laws enforced by the government and hereby undertake that. I will do nothing either inside or outside the institution which may result in disciplinary action against these rules.
H) I fully understand that the principal of the college where would be admitted, has a right to expel me from the institution for any infringement of the rules of conduct and discipline prescribed by the institution or MSBTE/Governing body of institutes/ authorities or Government.
I) Condition of minimum attendance. I am fully aware that, I will not be allowed to appear for the examination if I do not attend a minimum of 80% theory classes and 100% practicals and Tutorials, etc. I am also aware that I will not be allowed to appear for examination if fail to submit satisfactorily all the assignments, jobs, journals, and reports as specified by the MSBTE/Governing body within the stipulated time limit.
J) I am aware that my admission is purely on a temporary basis and admission will be confirmed only after getting an eligibility certificate from the director of technical education, Mumbai

K) I shall not get involved directly or indirectly in any activity which amounts to
RAGGING If I am found indulging or suspected to be involved in such activity, I will be punished to the extent of being expelled & even debarred from the institution forever.
